(“PGI”) is pleased to announce that it has been retained by a leading developer and operator of on-site health clinics (the "Company") to pursue strategic acquisitions within the on-site and near-site clinic industry.  The Company is growing fast and intends to generate over $300 million of revenue within the next five years.  The Company currently operates on-site and near-site primary care and specialty care clinics with numerous ancillary services nationwide.

The Company is looking for targets with these characteristics: i.) complementary footprint in select geographic regions; ii.) high customer retention rates and iii.) primary care/wellness orientation.  Target companies should generate at least $3 million of revenue and be able to generate positive earnings within a twelve-month timeframe.
