("PGI") is pleased to announce that it has been retained by a leading provider of contract therapy services (the "Company") to review strategic alternatives, including a potential sale of the Company. The Company is headquartered in Kansas and employs over 100 therapists throughout the Midwest. For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, the Company generated approximately $5.7 million in revenue, a 13.6% increase over the prior year period. EBITDA was approximately $1.1 million, reflecting an 18.6% margin.
